Terms of Service
GENERAL
All commissions may be used for the artist's future portfolio use unless discussed otherwise.
USE
Usage for profile icons, custom website themes, and posting to social media for personal use are all allowed. Commissions may not be used for profit (as a streaming asset, for merch, etc.) unless discussed otherwise.VTuber models are okay for commercial use. Stream assets (such as loading screens, BRB screens, etc) are considered commercial use.Reposting your commissioned artwork to other sites is allowed. Usage of your commissioned art as icons, themes, etc are allowed. Credits are appreciated, but not required.
INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
All intellectual property rights of the commissioned work belongs to the artist.Do not claim my work as your own.
PAYMENTS
Payments must be made in full before any progress can begin.
REFUNDS
No refunds allowed once progress has begun. Please commission responsibly.
VRoid Commissions
Starts at $120 USD, price calculated individually.
The finished product is a .VRM file ready for face and body tracking. I only work on characters with reference, so if you do not have any, feel free to commission me separately for a reference sheet first.
